Week Ten Blogging Task

This week for your blogging, choose one of the below options. There are not 100 word limits on these blog posts, so provide lots of detail for your readers! Enjoy your last blogging task of Term Two!

• Read a short story on Epic, and then write a review of the book on your blog. Make sure you include the title and author as well as details on the setting, characters and plot. 
• Create a "Top 10" list. It can be your top 10 of anything - for example, your top 10 moments so far this year, top 10 favourite TV movies, top 10 songs.
• Make a quiz for your readers on any topic. Post the link on your blog for them to try it out.
• If you had three wishes, what would they be and why?
• Imagine you were the principal of OIS for one day. What would do in that one day? Think about things you would change, including what students did that day!

House Choirs 2019

The highlight of last week (and for many, the term!) was House Choirs. This years theme was 80s music, and all four houses were fantastic! A big congratulations to Rata who came first. The placings, and song choices are as follows, as are the video recordings.

A special shout out to our two house captains, Emma and Korban, who did a great job conducting their choirs, and to Hannah who won Most Promising Soloist!

Last but not least, the teachers put together a lip sync video as part of the 80s theme. Here we are syncing to Don't Stop Me Now by Queen. Enjoy!!

Week Eight: Blogging Task

This weeks blogging task is something a little bit different! I want you to answer:

"Where do you see yourself in ten years time?" 

Describe what you will be doing, where you will be living, and what your aspirations, dreams and goals will be at this stage. Consider who you will be friends with, and think about your family too.

Include enough information so that the reader can picture exactly what your future life will look like.
